My name is Paul Smith Jr., and I’ve proudly served in education since
2006 as a teacher, coach, and school administrator—dedicating my life
to helping families and students grow, thrive, and achieve their
goals. Now, I bring that same commitment, work ethic, and
relationship-driven approach to real estate as a proud member of the
Turner Victory Team at Onward Realty.
My wife Krystal and I have been married since 2005, and together we’re
raising three incredible children. As a family man, I know firsthand
the importance of finding more than just a house—it’s about finding a
home. I also understand that for many, this is one of the biggest
decisions of their lives, and it deserves time, patience, and the
right guidance.
Whether coaching student-athletes on the field or supporting families
through the school system, my greatest strength has always been
building genuine connections. In real estate, I apply that same
philosophy—listening closely to my clients' needs, communicating
clearly, and walking with them every step of the way.
When I’m not helping families buy or sell their home, you’ll find me
enjoying a good college football game, out on the water fishing, or in
the woods hunting—recharging so I can serve my clients with focus and
energy.
